Job description:
As an Office Manager, your responsibility is to oversee the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office, organising people, information and other resources the company.
Entry requirements of this job:
Entry will usually require GCSEs/S grades but is possible with other academic qualifications and/or relevant experience. Professional qualifications are available in some areas of work
Tasks required by this job include:
- recording office expenditure and manage the budget helping establish and maintain office procedures;
- assisting senior management team when needed;
- dealing with staff recruitment;
- ensuring that procedures for considering, issuing, amending and endorsing insurance policies are adhered to
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the office and construction sites.
- Assist in the preparation of project-related documentation and reports.
